The Namibia Project is a UK based charity whose mission is to address the devastating effects of poverty on the lives of children throughout Namibia. The levels of economic distress and privation in their proud and beautiful country are life-limiting. Poverty causes families unimaginable hardship. Access to good healthcare, decent food, education and safety are often denied to Namibian families.
The Namibia Project are making a difference; helping vulnerable children to a better way of life with community projects including a new hostel, library, school equipment, transportation and radios. With health, education and welfare high on the agenda the tide can turn and with the support of families like Willy and Lucia Caballero, much needed awareness and critical funding can continue to be raised and more young people can benefit from the basic human rights that we so often take for granted.
“It is our firm belief that we can all make a difference. We are a global village, after all. It is what each and every one of us does every day that matters. And, it does matter. One person can make a difference. Together, we’re invincible.” -The Namibia Project
